Recruiting Process
We recruit throughout the year. The recruiting process is composed of 6 or7 personal interviews in 3 or4 rounds, during which you will meet with senior consultants, team leaders, and managers.

This extended interview process has two objectives: it enables us to assess your capabilities and skills, and it enables you to gain a thorough understanding of who we are, what we do, and the types of challenges you will encounter as a member of the Shaldor team.

Interviews include discussions of your individual background and of business cases. These cases reflect our day-to-day work and involve the kinds of issues and challenges we face. Your approach to them will allow us to learn about your business logic, your analytical skills, and your potential to solve complex problems.

After the interview rounds, you will participate in a specially designed complementary assessment session. Following satisfactory completion of the entire process, Shaldor will invite you to join our organization. The recruitment process takes approximately 6-8 weeks overall.
