Shaldor does not seek candidates with any one specific background, in terms of either academic qualifications or work experience. The main quality we seek is excellence - a record of distinction in your studies, in your professional career, or in your personal background. In short, we look for candidates with special qualities and abilities that set them apart from their peers.

Specifically, we look for the following:

There are four typical entry points to our recruitment-process:
  • Students nearing the completion of a B.A. or M.A. in business-related fields: MBA, economics, industrial and management engineering
  • Graduates/honor students nearing completion of a B.Sc. (such as mathematics, computer science, or physics) or in engineering
  • Applicants who have graduated cum laude with advanced degrees in law or the humanities
  • Applicants with several years of relevant consulting or business experience (who will follow a tailor-made career development track within Shaldor)
