Sami Friedrich has guided Shaldor’s development ever since he founded the firm in 1984. Shaldor pioneered the use of strategy consulting in the Israeli business world together with Israel’s leading companies that embraced the use of strategy to maximize their potential.

 

Prior to founding the first Israeli strategy consulting firm, Sami worked at several global consulting firms and served as Director General for Israel’s Ministry of Economy.

 

With over 35 years of experience in strategic management consulting, working with hundreds of companies, Sami is a recognized expert in corporate and business strategy. He developed the unique approach of Operative Strategy, which bridges between strategic intents and operational moves, and the frameworks and tools for its application. Under his lead, Shaldor has become a laboratory for innovative business and managerial concepts, implemented by daring and agile companies.

 

Over the years, Sami has devoted a significant part of his time to public service, as a board member of major non-profit institutions and think-tanks, as well as through leadership roles in a number of national task forces.

 

Sami holds a B.Sc. in mathematics and physics from the Hebrew University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Omer Teper has 20 years of strategic management consulting experience, leading transformational projects in both the private and public sector.

 

Omer has been involved in a wide range of projects dealing with competitive strategy, corporate strategy, business development and operational excellence in various industries including Telecom, High-Tech, Transport & Logistics, Defense/Security, Pharmaceuticals, Consumer Goods and more.

 

Omer has vast experience guiding leading companies in adopting to drastic change in dynamic regulated markets. He has helped large organizations transition into the new landscape, acting as a change management champion, partnering with the senior executives to lead execution of processes vis-à-vis various stakeholders. He has extensive experience in designing work-processes and organizational structures that enable local and global companies to build new capabilities and business models.

 

In addition, Omer has been intimately involved in the design of major public policy reforms. His expertise ranges from identifying market failures to developing the tools and mechanisms to improve market dynamics and the reorganization of regulatory bodies and public models to support economic development.

 

Omer holds a B.A. in economics, a B.Sc. in mathematics and a M.B.A. from Tel Aviv University.

Jonathan Friedrich has 15 years of strategic management consulting experience, leading a wide range of projects dealing with corporate strategy, business strategy, public and non-profit strategy.

 

Jonathan has led many projects with local and global businesses in various industries, including Infrastructure, High-Tech, Telecom, Healthcare and Energy, alongside extensive work with the social sector. He has advised senior management and boards of philanthropic foundations, universities, social organizations and research organizations, implementing advanced management and business concepts in the public and non-profit sector.

 

His areas of expertise include corporate strategy, growth and business development, defining vision and long-term strategy, devising operational implications and accompanying the organization in all phases of implementing change.

 

Jonathan holds a B.A. in Mathematics and Philosophy and a M.A in Philosophy from the Hebrew University.

He has experience devising strategies such as growth, market penetration and business development in various fields: Pharmaceuticals, High-Tech, Defense & Aerospace, Financial Services, Chemicals, Infrastructure and more.

 

Yuli has played a pivotal role in assisting companies to boost innovation from ideation through value proposition and business model design to devising penetration strategies and business plans.

 

He has worked extensively on projects dealing with regulatory change, examining the impact on different stakeholders (market players, regulators and citizens) and assisting government bodies in cutting through complexity.

 

Yuli holds a B.A. in Psychology & Philosophy from the Hebrew University and an Executive MBA from Tel Aviv University.

Maayan Samogora has 10 years of strategic management consulting experience, leading projects focused on aligning strategy and operations; including elements of operational excellence and streamlining.

 

Maayan has supported clients in various fields such as Automotive, Transportation, Chemicals/Agrochemicals, Aviation, Agricultural Produce and more.
Her areas of expertise include identifying levers for improving efficiency and productivity, re-designing organizational structure, strengthening interfaces within the organization and developing tools for measurement and control.

 

Maayan has led large-scale transformations for several large and complex operational organizations where one of the main challenges was integrating various stakeholder positions to achieve the required change.
She has also led strategic and organizational projects for governmental bodies and ministries.

 

Maayan holds a B.A. in Psychology and Biology and an M.Sc in Management of Technology from the Hebrew University.
